Thanks for your interest in onCALL 25/8, Inc.’s referral program. We’re excited that you’re confident enough in our company to recommend us to your friends and family. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions before filling out the registration form below.

In order to be eligible for your $50.00 referral payment you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must have an account in good standing with no outstanding balances, payments or pending projects.

2. Your referral must opt to proceed with and complete the repair and must pay in full within seven days of service acceptance in order for your referral payment to be released.

3. Your referral must provide your unique referral code when requesting service in order for you to receive your referral fee. If your referral provides your unique referral code after diagnostics have begun you will not be credited for the referral fee.

4. Your referral’s project must carry a labor balance of $150.00 or more in order for you to be eligible for the referral fee.

5. You must claim your referral at our Duke Street location in Alexandria within 30 days of service completion or the referral bonus will be null and void and no money will be due.

6. Your referral code is valid throughout calendar year 2009. Any referral codes or outstanding referral bonuses due will expire and become null and void on at 11:59PM on December, 31 2009.
